Best Budget CD (only) player

Hi,

I have a need for an inexpensive CD player to hook into an older Sony stereo (i.e. no internal DAC's) receiver. A five disc model would be preferable, but a decent sound for the price is important.

Any recommendations?

Where are you? I have agreat NAD for free. In FWO just old and solid and heavy. Made in the days when CD players were $600. Real good audiophile quality. Better than my new Toshiba 192/24bit but I only want one player in the stack.

Hey I need a CD player, if you're giving that one away for free. It'll go nicely with the rest of my NAD gear. I'll even pay shipping.
