Panasonic AE900 service menu

I have been researching projectors for some time and have finally ordered the Panny AE900U. I have come across several mentions of "going into the service menu to tweak the picture". What would you be able to adjust that you would not be able to adjust through the regular menus? Also, does anyone know how to get to the service menu on this projector?
