Setup for ED Panny Plasma

Well I now have the plasma (Panny THP428UK), receiver (AVR-630) and STB from Time Warner (Motorola DCT6200). Picture quality on the plasma is great.....however like everyone else I would like to squeeze the last ounce of PQ from the setup.

Time Warner neglected to provide a manual for the STB and the one that I downloaded from the net appears to have different menus from what I see when I use Setup on the STB. What I wanted to do was to check the configuration that the STB is using to send signals to the plasma.

Can anyone provide insight as to how to achieve this and what they would recommend for both SD and HD signals.
