I have an Onkyo receiver and am interested in pairing it with a good quality DVD player. I have read the reviews of the Denon 2900 and the Sony DVP-NS999ES and am most interested in these players. Before I make any decisions, I was curious if anyone has had any experience with the Onkyo DV-SP800 DVD player. Specs can be misleading and I was wondering if anyone had any real world experience with this model? I am most interested in teh quality of the video and audio, and not so much on SACD features and remotes. I am happy with my Onkyo remote (perhaps because it is the only remote I have ever known).
