I would like to know what is the best way to connect my Panasonic DVD-RP91 to my RX-V1 Yamaha receiver. Should I use the optical or the coax connection? I have the Jamo D870 main speakers and Jamo D8 surrounds and center speakers. I'm also running my mains through a Yamaha MX-1 amp. Any help would be appreciated!

I am very happy with my D8 series speakers. They sound great to me for both music and DVD's. I doubt if I will ever buy another set of speakers in my life time.
