Default measuring DC bias

Hello,
Sorry if this doesnt concern you, but I am wondering if anyone can
post suggestions on a project I am doing???

I am building a low pass filter for a college project.
It is to be used in conjunction with an RF plasma system,
but my main focus is the efficiency of the filter itself
I have built a Chebyshev model, with the component parts
being 4 capacitors, 3 inductors and two resistors, with an AC
source.
Now, I have to measure the DC bias off my filter. I am not sure
of how to go about this. Can anyone help me and point the step-by-
step information on how this done??
If so, I would be highly grateful.
Sorry, if this does not concern you.
Regards,
D.

Please define low pass, is this filter DC coupled? Do you have a schematic for it?
