Default problem with picture color on digital cable

i have digital cable and recently got a 50 inch hd dlp, and on every tv in my house (more visible on the dlp) the white has little things that stick out of it to the right and the bright reds or bright greens have all noise/snow in them, it SUCKS and it even happens on the tube tvs, what can i do to get rid of this?

Call the cable company. If it happens on more than one TV it is probably a problem with the cable feed or your cable box.

Have you tried unhooking it and running it just like normal? We have about 7 Tv's in our house and they all get great reception with no cable amplifier.
