Yamaha Plasma

Anyone have any experience with the Yamaha plasma? I know it is really made by Fujitsu but dont know anything else about it.

Thats it. Mostly sold through installers. The market was created for Customers insisting on having a brand orientated system. for example all components yamaha in this case. Other than that the two are assembled in the same plant as I understand.

I don't know about Fujitsu----as the new Yamaha PDM-5520 is more like the Hitachi-Plasma in that it uses the same hitachi ALIS light system and it looks more like the Hitachi. Also Fujitsu I thought only made HD monitors--no built in tuners. This one PDM-5520 has a built in tuner.

How does performance compare between the above mentioned screen and Pioneer elite and Panasonic? The elite sounds awesome but the one criticism is the black levels. The panasonic sounds great also but the silver frame is ugly. Anyone ever see the onyx line for Panasonic?
