.....REAL nice setup, Jeff....your damping panels are very interesting....what material is that on the face of the damping panels?....I am thinking about building some panels like yours one day....could you suggest some material I could use stretched over a skeletal wood framework?........

Mike, Thanks, and the subs are Velodyne 12's DLS series and the rest is all Paradigm.

I like your decor. It's just like my theater. I have my room decorated with sci-fi movie props and posters.

Does the projector table top light stay on the sub? I would think the vibrations would move it around.

Mike, I prefer two subs, it solves a lot of issues and you get a more even bass distribution throughout the room.

GC, The receiver is Yamaha RXV-2600, Denon 1920 DVD player, Sony 400 disk CD changer, and Behringer DEQ24/96 PEQ inline with the subs. Yes I love 2 subs, I would never use just one sub again.

Major, it stays put, It has rubber feet on the bottom:)

Oh and I forgot to add the Track lights are on a remote dimmer;)

Would the ones he has be the Force FX? I can't play the video...darn work computer doesn't have quicktime.
Yes they are, and darn cool too. When you switch them on the beam travels up the shaft like a real light saber and back down when switched off:D In the dark they look real.

I am so going to get a couple.....I just gotta hide them from the wife. I don't think she will appreciate them as much as I will.....espiecally so since my HT is in our living room and I don't think they will go with her decore.

Best Buy has those sabers for $99, and Spencers had them as well this weekend when I was at the mall.

The room is 13.5x25 and there is an opening in the back right. The other side is going to be a game room shortly. I may put a door not sure at this point. The room used to be almost a square 26x25 but was not usable because of those beams in the way and all the windows. So I put up the wall.
