Listen and view internet content via my HT
You could try something like this Mini Computer that runs Andoid 4.1 along with a keyboard and mouse combo like this Logitech one. That way you get youtube and a full web browser. Also with an app like ES File explorer you can share all of the music/videos/pictures/documents from your AIO pc and...

Help with a tough room
Yeah probably on both. Sounds great though so I'll leave it alone for a little while. It looked like it was nicked by a forklift. There was no real visible damage to the packaging but the sub had a deep dent in it. HSU was great taking care of it though. They offered a discount to keep it but...

Help with a tough room
Everything about it is amazing. I couldn't be more happy with it. I am not sure I have it dialed in perfect. I just let the ypao do the setup and to me it sounds great. Sorry for the delay, I probably could have updated a little in between. The Sierras were on a 4 week back order because they...

Help with a tough room
Thanks you but I wasn't looking to cover the windows. Thank you I will look into both of these. Here is an update on where I am. The 2020 is in and the HSU sub has been ordered along with wires and plugs. I am in the process of trying to find a stand to fit my 65" tv and the ascend...

I might have to take you up on that. I will be ordering the speakers soon and I will see how everything sounds. I am still up in the air between in-walls and small speakers for the surrounds. Even though it looks like they are junk, I will probably use the bose just until I make a decision.

Help with a tough room
I wasn't really looking for cheap. I just had some space constraints for the surrounds and they were small and for free so I decided to check.

Help with a tough room
haha so far it's been great I will be sure to post pics when I'm done. I am really excited about the speakers and sub and I am going with both the Ascends and the HSU MK4. I just ordered the 2020 and the I will order the rest soon. Another question. Would there work for my surrounds? Bose...

Help with a tough room
I will give them a call but probably start out with the one. haha yeah that was pretty much it. The more and more I am reading about the Ascends, the more I am leaning towards them. The $5k isn't set in stone so the $6500 is doable. I just have I also found the 2020 for $1200 so I can get the...

Also would any in-wall speakers work for the surrounds with the Klipse or the SVS? Or should you not mix and math the 5.0s? That would really help with those space constraints.

Wow great info - thank you. You are absolutely right with the 2020 over the 3020. My initial thought was I would get the option for the 11.2 for the future if I wanted but that is not going to happen with this house. We just built 3 years ago and if we build again I will allow for a TH room...

Help with a tough room
Thank you - I Think I have figured out the placement of the 5.1 speakers. For the most part I am trying to figure out whether my speakers and receiver are a. a good fit together and b. are they good for that space.

This is how it looks from the other side. The wall behind the task chair is a half wall with an open railing. I lost patience trying to figure out how to do that with the software I was using.

Help with a tough room
Sorry guys that's my fault. I work from home a lot and actually sit in a task chair directly across from the TV and forgot to put that in. I just sort of through that together fast and left that out. This is directly in front of the TV on the other side of the coffee table.
