You've made my point for me... Products like this are fun to look at but not many people can actually afford them. Hence my recommendation of product of the year classes so people can get an idea of what offers the best performance within a given budget.

I was just playing around with my subwoofer and found that my initial assumption that my sub wasn't playing up to the crossover freq of the bookshelf speakers was wrong. I set the crossover to 150hz and played some test tones, according to my db meter the sub doesn't really start to drop off...
