I just tried the receiver and It seems just fine, so I guess It's the TV to Surround that is the problem. Can a Optic cable go bad? or is it something else?

My receiver's audio dropped off about 40% and I can't figure out why. My TV's audio is fine, I don't think the settings have changed but I did push some buttons on the front of the receiver instead of the remote. It seems the surround system is muted, I have not tried a usb stick with music yet...

My new Denon AVR keeps trying to pair to a Bluetooth device and it stays on the screen. Is there a way to turn this off? It pops up about 30 min. after I turn everything on to watch TV. I don't think I even have a device for it to connect to.

One other quick question, after about 30 mins. of TV on I get this stupid screen and I have to switch the source back to Sat.

I just went and checked everything I could and its set correct, so the only thing that's different from my old setup is the optic out from the TV. I'll have to unplug the Blu-ray player and use that port when not in use. Thanks Guys
