I filed with the Colorado AG's Office of Consumer Fraud early last month. They in turn emailed me and advised me to also file with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. As of yet, neither has gotten back to me. Still hoping though. Btw, the link you posted doesn't seem to link to any forms...

Of the last the several emails I've sent him I only received one actual reply and it was from Suzanne saying that mls was working towards a resolution. The rest of the replies were just the automated vacation replies. So business as usual.

Guys I just wanted to add that one more place you may want to file a complaint is the Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov. I was told this by the Colorado Office of Consumer Fraud after I filed a complaint with them.
