Do these new Anthem's not support multi-channel Roon?

There isn't an update, hasn't need for almost a year.

Simply not enough to force me to upgrade from my 720. I also wonder how much of the new features could be added to the X20 series via firmware, like the new web GUI. Looks fantastic, though.

Voted PBC purely because of the links. Content was good in all three reviews, PBC went the extra mile on structure for his review.

Why not go with a really nice used integrated amp for that kind of money? Cambridge, NAD, Arcam even fall in the price range of the outlaw, to name a few.

2 year longer warranty, glossy faceplate, lead feet, some Denon history book and a signed cert buy the engineer! if you can get it for within $200 of the 4311, an additional 2 year manufacturer warranty may be worth it.

Yeah, but that warrany is a $500 premium. From what i can tell, that receiver is nothing more than a 4311 with glossy faceplate and a longer warranty.

I believe this is the OEM for Arcam's AVR500, 600 and their AVP888. So this would be the Arcam AVP888. I had an Arcam AVR600 for 2 months. So many damn issues with it i got rid of it. Shame as its a nice piece of gear, but bug riddled.

Being reliable does not mean infallible. I believe you have the two confused. As for a refurb, that is your choice and risk to go with. Though if that happened to your refurb after 1 1/2 years, it would not be under warranty, Denon refurbs have a 90 day warranty.
