Thanks, they won't make sense to some but they just work great in my room....and I like to be able to play loud.

May make it sound deeper as in more perceived bass but won't know till you try it....should be fine. My second system has a BDI system rack with center in a drawer that has grill cloth in front and its fine. Make sure center is not rear ported.

Many for various reasons can't match the center, Dont over think it....you will be fine. Of course you have to be within reason but those who insist a slightly mismatched set up being some tragic flaw are no more credible than those pushing exotic power or HDMI cables.

PRX 735, I know that they are not ideal but I like them and in a year or so I will get something else....trying new stuff is half the fun. I have a Def Tech Super Cube Sub I use for movies, the JBL 35hz is strong honest bass good enough for my musical taste usually.

If you like it make it better with focus on tuning up the room. Usually people who itch to upgrade don't think much of that idea but until you do this the gear you have probably isn't sounding as good as it can nor will upgrading it.
