I like my Integra so no problem there. I have spent on "upgraded" power cables for my two channel rigs hut always bought used. Do you guys feel the same about HDMI cables? Are they all created equal? In two channel stereo I have noticed positive changes buying upgraded interconnects. Thanks.

How many of you have bought "better" cables to replace the stock one's. I have an Integra that I'm thinking about getting a more expensive power cable. Any preferences or advice is appreciated.

Can a speaker that has only 1 woofer and 1 tweeter as in a Totem Arro for example sound as detailed and have the bass as a speaker with numerous bass radiators, a mid, and a tweeter? I'm speaking of the Mission Elegante towers 82 and 83 as an example. I look forward to your opinions. Thanks.

One more thing, do these have 4 terminals per for bi wiring?

I'm very interested. Can they be placed fairly close to the rear wall? I have a narrow room and looking for speakers that can be further from my listening chair.

I did set it to 1080 and do have an HDMI hook up. I'm pretty sure I did it with out a disc in the tray. I'm not quite sure about the picture quality though I can tell a big difference in sound when watching movies. Do you have to hit enter after setting it to 1080?

Now that I can say you all have convinced me on the Oppo 981, i have a dumb question. I see it has HDMI but not component video jacks. If I connect the Oppo to myTV via HDMI how does my Integra receiver come in to play? via analog out or something? Thanks. Zar
