I just picked up my 863 with very high hopes. I must say I am extremely disappointed in the video processing. Picture quality is not even close to the quality I used to have running HDMI direct to my TV, not to mention the upscaling is prety much non-existant. I'm not sure what I want to do...

I'm trying to convince my wife that two subs are needed, believe me. Being fairly new to home theater, I didn't know I could run multiple subs from one out. I might consider getting the Yamaha 1800 now. Multiple room capability could come in handy for me. Thanks for the tip.
