I purchased the Onkyo TX-NR757 receiver with USB .
However, When I engage the USB on the receiver. I can see the titles of everything I downloaded to the SanDisk 32 gig fat32 flash drive. But when I select play it says no file found. I downloaded the files using JR music suite on windows desktop. Downloaded 4.2 gigs of music to flash drive. The files play back from flash drive just fine on the desktop. But receiver is not working. And I have made sure the firmware on receiver is up to date.
Any help will appreciated..Thx in advance.

What format is the music in? Pages 50/51 of your manual list the specs on what formats are playable....

Says it can handle WAV files
WAV files include uncompressed PCM digital audio.

Supported sampling rates: 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 64 kHz,
88.2 kHz, 96 kHz, 176.4 kHz, 192 kHz

Quantization bit: 8 bit, 16 bit, 24 bit

Assume yours are within those parameters....but since it works in your computer seems not to be the drive itself. Did you actually format the drive in FAT32 (and not use exFAT....exFAT didn't work for me recently on an avr).

Yes,,I checked properties on sandisk before i started. And it said fat32.

but to make sure the pc ,or Jrmusic suite wasnt playing from hard drive files..

I disconnected the sandisk, reinserted and choose the flash drive
. and the files play perfectly
