Decided to swap my Klipsch system with Elacs in my home theater. Going to have the Uni-fi (UC5, UF5s) up front the the NHT SuperZeros in rear. Thought about the Elac B4's in rear but didn't want to go with them on the wall because of the size. Do you think the super zeros will mate well are rear surrounds? Here are the specs..

Oh, driven by a Denon X2200W amp (for now). Which will eventually be replaced with Outlaw Audio separates.

The Superzeros will do just fine as surround speakers, you have nothing to worry about. You will want a good sub or two for your system.

Yes, nothing wrong with using different brand for surrounds. Only think if Superzeros will need very different crossover point than your fronts. and agreed on sub - you chose very capable speakers. Make sure not to skimp on sub (which would be best to sourced from ID company like SVS, Rythmic, HSU (or even PSA :p;))

I'll probable cross over the Elacs to 50Hz and the Superzeros to 100Hz. I have two subs (Outlaw Audio LFM-1 and Velodyne Servo FSR-12).

You should consider 70 or 80hz for their ELACs. 50hz is way to low

80Hz is the THX standard but I want to give 50Hz a listen first. I'm sure that the ELACs can handle 50Hz with a smile though. I might end up back at 80Hz because that's what I'm used to

You need to be an octave above your f3. You can try it but it's not correct. Crossovers are not brick walls so do as you want and try it. With no sub they can handle it but your using a sub so the blend will sound like sh*t. FWIW
