No! If you can't find one, then I can't either. I doubt a service manual ever existed. Items like that are throw away.
That unit is at least 13 years old, and well beyond the expected useful life of an item like that.
It is not worth any money or effort on servicing.
The only service center that unit requires is the recycling center.
