There are some changes when a circuit is first powered on but it should stabilize within a few seconds. The quality control effort at the factory took care of that.

I see no reason to be impressed with any amplifier. These days they don't color the sound so what fails to impress you is something other than the amplifier.

But in any case amplifiers don't need burn-in time. (some tube amps excepted)

What were you expecting?
What speakers, room setup do you have? How large is the room?
What did you have before this amp?
