Alison Krauss and Union Station - Paper Airplane. Now and again I enjoy bluegrass and this updated "new grass" is quite excellent. Krauss's sweet, high voiced singing is excellent, Union Station uses its usual outrageously fine musicianship to make an excellent album. Sound quality is also downright wonderful, full of resonant, crisp strings, clean, clear vocals and especially fine, rich dobro sound. Sometimes, what with the sonic drek that is so pervasive, I forget that we really have the technology to produce fine sound quality. This CD will remind you that good sound is not dead.

I love the sexual innuendos in blues music.

I've finally learned that Alison Krauss is not Diana Krall.
