The CSS Triton is an MTM arrangement utilizing the CSS LD25X tweeter Creative Sound - Product Details between two CSS VWR126X mid-woofers Creative Sound - Product Details. The design was done by Jeff Bagby and the kit is sold by Meniscus as well as CSS.

The original plans call for a slot port that can be front or rear mounted, but the cross section area is the same as 3" x 8" round port, which is the way I'm going. I've also opted to build utilizing dado construction which is different from the butt joint or 45 degree plans which come with the kit from Meniscus.

Anyway, on the to the pictures...

I have a few minor adjustments to make the pieces a little tighter, but all in all I'm extremely happy with the dry fit considering there is no room for error. I will have to make a 90 degree bend in the port due to its length and after unsuccessfully finding anything that I can purchase to do this I'm resolved to cut the port at 45 degrees and glue it back together. I'm open to suggestions if anyone has a better idea.

I am wondering if I did something wrong on WinISD because its saying this sub should be in a 2.3ft3 box giving it a Qtc of .71... is this correct? It sounds rather small for an 18" driver. I would like to go sealed since its going in a trunk and ported wont fit. Thanks for your time guys!

Based on the recommendation from Dr. Mark I've decided to try out a single driver center channel. This center will utilize a fairly unique driver. It is an old Jordan Watts Module that I purchased from him. Below are some pictures he sent of the driver. I'm planning on external dimensions of 8.5"H X 11.5"W X 10.5"D made from 3/4" MDF. I wanted to minimize the height as much as possible without restricting the driver, but since the module is 6" tall 8.5" external is about as short as I dare go. It will be sealed with heavy fill. I'd love to hear any comments on the driver or design. Cheers.
Most of water damage was done on front right to center side of VSMB ( power supply-protection board) board. Part numbers are R100, R102 and R51 R 49. I am having hard time to get schematics or some high resolution pictures of that board to figure out the values of that parts. If someone has schematic or know values of those parts, may I ask you to share with me?

Thanks in Advance
