    Hmmm.. I'm still digging around the market for a pair of cans.. you responded in my other thread. I was thinking about getting something (not super expensive) like the ATH something or others you listed. Perhaps you could give me the pitch on these? The steel and carbon fiber is a nasty combo.. Great looking pair of headphones.. would I need an amp? Something tells me I don't need the Benchmark you have.. At least I hope not.. wow..

    No - you don't need any amp but I can sell it to you Kidding.
    Read this:

    You will learn ipod can drive nasty 32 ohm cans.
    Now - just to be correct - it won't make your ears bleed.
    The ear pads show some slight wear. BTW - I even have a spare leather ear pads (add 45$) but the wear is minimal.
    But the ear pads don't look like new. Everything else does. You can buy them for 45$ from Beyer later or you can buy them from me.
