My current setup is Denon AVR-788, Klipsch Synergy F3 front, Bose 501 rear, Definitive Tech 1000 center. My sub is Klipsch sub-10 and it's dead.
I'm planning to use my current receiver for my computer. My current computer setup now is Klipsch HD500 with old Pioneer receiver VSX409. I want to buy another receiver to replace my AVR-788 and my price range is around $500. I'm looking at Denon AVR-1912, but I'm not sure it's the right one.
I see newegg have Klipsch reference sub for $300, but with my bad experience from the last one, I'm not sure I want to buy another klipsch sub. Please recommend me a sub that will be good for music.
Thanks!

it's up to you of course but before i changed recievers i would change the center channel to match the mains. The sub you have no choice since its dead, but depending what your trying to accomplish i would trade out the center.
