hello!

Just to begin with, I'm a newbeginner when it comes to audio and setting up a audio system at home.

question 1)

I'm thinking of buying a set of Pioneer home cinema speakers, 7 Speakers in total, of which 2 are "tall boy" speakers and the rest are smaller ones. I'm not sure if one of the 5 smaller ones is a sub, since the ad i saw just had a pic of the system. Anyways, this would cost 199€ on sale (original price is 450€).
Unfortunately i can't remember the name of the set. By looking at the pictures on Pioneers homepage i think it's either a S-V230A-QL or S-V230A-W speaker system (but with 5 smaller speakers).

Is this a good system? I'm not demanding the very best system available, but still i do want something that is decent and doesn't cost too much.

question 2)

Do i need a amplifier for this system? Or can i just plug it in with my computer? (once again, i say i'm a newbeginner when it comes to this) ;)

question 3)

IF I need a amplifier, do you have any good suggestions on a good cheap one ? (around ~100€)

question 4)

does the ohm-value have to be the same on the speakers and the receiver/amplifier?

that's all i can come to think of at this moment, hopefully someone can help me out (the speaker sale lasts until saturday)

Hope my english is readable, english isn't my mother-tongue =)

Remember, not all products from all manufactuter's are available world wide and, even when thy are, they often use different model numbers.

Could you please post a link to the system in question? Perhaps then we could come up with some meaningful responses.

Unfortunately, the advertisment for it was in todays newspaper, so i can't post any link for it. And the shop that got the sale are updating their online product catalogue, so i can't link it from there either. =/

I checked what I've searched for on google today. I had searched for two different speakers there: pioneer S-H320 and pioneer S-p32. The strange thing was, i didn't find anything about them. As I said earlier they look like S-V230A-QL and S-V230A-W series but I guess that doesn't help much?
