I just bought a dirt pile that a house will be built on and have some questions as to setting up an audio system throughout the house.
I will be building out an independent media room for home theater, so this will only be stereo sound for 3 other rooms (as of now Master bedroom, kitchen, and porch. I will probably add one more at some point.
Builder is providing 3 drops in each room (2 speakers and one volume control).
Cost is a major issue, but I will give a wish list and see what you guys think I can get on a $1800 budget.
Ideally, I would like to be able to listen to the radio, a CD, or just listen to whatever is on the tv in the family room. I'd also like each room to be independently controlled as far as source and volume.
Can this be done at this price? Any ideas on manufacturers?
