I am looking for suggestions on the best bang for the buck CD changer. I am not interested in something crazy like a 200 disc machine- 5 or 6 is plenty. I would love a machine with 192kHz/24 bit Dac's. I used to try and run a DVD changer but the musical quality of a pure CD player is undeniable. So I will use a moderate DVD player for video and a true CD player for audio. My budget is in the $300-400 range but I would consider a used model as well.
Any suggestions to help my quest are greatly appreciated.....

Rotel RCC1055 is probably one of the better CD changers out there along with the Sony SCD-C2000ES which includes SACD.
Sony is 400 and the Rotel is 700.
One question though why would you need 192khz/24 bit DAC for red book cd's. Being CD's are 16 bit and 44.1 khz ?

I've been pretty happy with the Denon DCM-380 for changer duty.

This is the model I would vote for as well...I'm been shopping for one.
Rob...this is the one that plays HDCD's as well...correct?
