Progressive DVD player question..need help!

I have a Pioneer Elite progressive dvd player that I paid a pretty penny for. Quick question for any out there, does your progressive dvd player also pause at least once during a movie? Mine at about 75 mins seems to always for a split second just stop and continues with the movie. When looking
at the dvd display it says it's Searching everytime this happens.
Does anyone else experience this too? Just wondering if its my player or if it's the disc or what. Let me know. Thanks as always!
