Hello, I'm new to this forum and was wondering if there is/are any universal player(s) out there with component video input(s) since I only have one component input on my TV and non on my receiver (HK AVR300). The reason I'm asking is because I wanna get a universal player and still be able to use my ps2's component video connection.
Thanks guys..

Good news, bad news.
Good: There is one the Linn Unidisk SC
Bad: $$$$$$$, about 4K pounds(so like $6K)
Why not just get a video switcher and one of the good under $1K universal players?

Shokhead is right on. The most economical solution would be a new receiver.

AN2849,
If you're not ready to buy a new receiver, you could get one of these (www.digitalconnection.com/products/video/1154a.asp). Lots of flexibility.

I picked up a 2910 player and a $30 2/1 Component Switch from Radio Shack. And the funny thing is I don't see any picture degradation :)
I'll keep an eye on it though..
thanks guys
