Bulk Cable recommendation

I'm installing audio cable throughout my house (in construction phase) next week and need to purchase about 500' cable. Last time I used 14/4 Monster and it worked fine but I was lucky and got a smokin deal on the price. Now, I don't have that opportunity and wanted to find out what a good cable and price would be. The low voltage company wants to sell me 16/4 65 strand count cable for $175. Don't know the brand though.

Recommendations?

Do you have any experience with this cable? How does it compare to MC? What is the strand count? The price for the 14/4 is half the price than MC so that looks good :-)

The 14/4 (100-770) is very good cable, it is made by Carol cable, and the strand count is 41. Monster is over rated, ask anyone here. The Carol acble is also UL approved and CL-3 rated.
