Klipsch Synergy SF-2 speakers - $280/pair

I just picked up a pair of these (http://www.klipsch.com/product/product.aspx?cid=25) Klipsch speakers at Best Buy - the last two they had - and they sound wonderful. They claim they used to sell for over $400 each, but I suppose they'll say anything... Did I get a good deal?

Only you can answer that one :D Sounds like you are really enjoying them so that is great! Back in May of 93' I bought some Klipsches and they still sound good. They came with aluminum floor spikes covered with removable plastic covers. I don't know what they are using for legs now days. Enjoy :D .

from a couple of sources I could find, they ran about $ 650 a pair a couple of years back. the only thing anyone complained about was the pins holding the cover screens on.

sounds like a good deal to me, especially if you are happy with the sound ! :)

I have (but don't currently use) a pair of those which i bought for 650 about 4 years back.
