whats the best dvd player at circuit city?

I need a new dvd player, and I am getting c.c. gift cards for christmas, it's a short list but which one?

I have purchased much from CC in the past but lately their selection is not so good. Seems they were bought out by comp usa or something like that. They might get the samsung hd941 with upconversion it has dvd audio and sacd it should be about 300 or less or Pioneer Progressive-Scan DVD/CD Player (DV-578A-S) same type with no upconversion for about half that.
