Pioneer VSX-59TXi

I just received my Pioneer VSX-59TXi , so far it sounds great , great construction ( 68 lbs ) . I`d like to read some comments from other Pioneer owners .

i have a 52tx. i really like the way pioneer look, feel, and sound. i paired mine wiht pioneer elite speakers too, which i was excited to find new recently. These speakers are like 4 years old, so finding a new set is like impossible, but i did it!

i like the remote of the 59txi...but that amp is a little over kill for me.

but, go pioneer elite!

I'm about to purchase one myself in the next few months to go with my new DV47Ai I just wonder that since the 59TXi price is going down if the new Flagship is coming out soon...

i have that reciever
for some reason it is very high pitch treble sounding
vocals are like ear piercing almost to annoying to listen to

cant figure out why it must be some dumb setting im overlooking or something

any ideas

This week I decided on just getting the 56TXi... I feel that I'm just not on the level of the 59 TXI in which I can take full benefit of it. That will be my next next reciever though when I move into that Mansion...
