Someone broke it... Adam is back on top of the monkey. It's like Highlander - there can be only one.
First - thank you to whomever gave me the rep! I always appreciate it.
Second - it shows how close the two of us are. I suspect that we'll be trading places for a little while.
Alex certainly deserves to be at the top, as do others here. This is such a great place, IMO, and it's because of the people.

Actually I had not. The general consensus is that I spend too much time here to begin with so I don't like advertise my 'rank' as it were. I told my sister about it once just to reassure her that I knew something about setting up a system for her but other than that this is my not so secret dirty little secret.

I've been trying to find the darn post that I made in which I stated that I wanted to be the one to push you to the top spot, but I haven't been able to, yet. Anyway, I was quite happy to see you up there, man. You deserve it!
I wonder if I'll be able to make it to the top of the post list and rep list at the same time. I've got a lot of ground to cover on posts, and being the rep leader is a sweet but temporary mistress. Perhaps I'll make it, but the force is strong with the monkey.

It's funny but I just took a look at the rest of page one and realized that I know way more than everybody else on there ... but this isn't a drywall forum. :confused: :D
Way way back when I needed a few points to get my next chicklet, I would run around like a maniac answering wire, speaker placement and calibration questions, just hoping some one would lay some rep on me to send me over the line. Then mike c turned me onto photobucket so that I could try to emulate Mazer and unemployment provided me with enough free time to become the biggest point/post whore in the history of points and posts. I'll probably get laid off again in a week and if I can't get another job right away AH just may have to hire me as their mascot or something. I could be like their greeter.
