<font color='#000000'>I am frustrated with a local dealer because I took a preamp in for service and it was returned defective 2 months later. Then after 2 more weeks I finalize a deal on an upgrade (Imagine that!) and now it has been two more weeks and I am still without a processor. I was hoping someone could shine some light on the time it takes (order-delivery) in dealing with distributors. Should I cut my losses and run?
