I have Dish Network and as of now I have every HD channel available in the TurboHD Gold (http://www.dishnetwork.com/turbohd/default.aspx) package plus the local channels and all of the channels in the Platinum HD package. I actually have the top 250 package. I am considering moving to the TurboHD Bronze package since that would save me over $50/month and I would only miss National Geographic and Science Channel.

I have Cablevision, and their HD content. I liked it better when they had VOOM but they dropped those channels a few months ago. I cant wait until we can pick ala-cart the channels that we want. I have a bunch of HD channels that I never watch or ever want to watch (WeHD, QVCHD, StyleHD).

I have dishnetwork's bronze turbo hd package. I get about 40 hd channels plus my locals in hd with dvr for $39 a month. Can't beat that with a stick. Includes top of the line 722 dvr (read cnet review..rocks) and it is dual tuner for sd to a 2nd tv (downconverts hd to 480).

Comcast HD has several dozen cable channels, the usual broadcast network local stations and a bunch of free On Demand movies, shows and other stuff. They also have for-pay on demand movies. The image quality is pretty good.
