local radio shacks have decent 14 gage cable for about $ 22 for 50 feet

axiomaudio sells high quality 12 gage wire for about 85 cents a foot (minimum 50 feet). it's very high strand and very flexible, if that's an issue.

Lowes has Woods 14ga/250ft for around $40

I would definitely go with Tallman suggestion. We buy a lot of wire from Parts Express, their prices are excellent and so is the wire.

If you want to make them yourself let me know and I'll post some helpful sites from the research I did. Looks like thats what I am going to be doing it works out a lot cheaper!

store.haveinc.com is also a great site though they Search sucks a bit. But they have excellent customer service and prices! I am probably going to be buy all my cables from them!
