She went back to him. I have no reason to by upset.

Oh, wait - maybe I do. That douche gets a woman like that, and I get...ummm...well, there is that crazy lady down the street that used to stalk me. Full name: Crazy Dog-Walking Lady. She's over me now, though.

He has to enter a plea of not guilty at the initial arraignment. Which is why it was "totally expected".

Too bad the article doesn't mention that.

Eventhough she may not testify, will the DA still prosecute and how strong will their case be without her testimony?

The DA has to prosecute because if he doesn't and Chris Brown there up and kills Rihanna, the DA will look like an idiot. I imagine the police photographed her injuries and that boy gonna hang.

I would imagine he will soon implement the overused "It's the cops fault" defense.
Soon to be followed by, "The Oppressive Society" defense.

There won't be a defense.

There will be a deal where he gets some government approved counseling and if he's smart he'll go on Oprah and cry about how he was forced to do what ever when he was little and it's all gonna be peachy ... just so long as he doesn't start saying something stupid about how it was self defense and she came at him with a knife and a gun foaming at the mouth talking about what she was forced to do as a kid ... then they're both gonna start rapping about women's rights and cash in like it's nobody's business.

She may not have a choice to testify the 911 call allows the photos taken at the hospital to be used as states evidence in which case she could be forced to give testimony as to how and who did this,I dont think she would lie,but she could refuse and then be held in contempt. The proof is in the pics.Like another poster said the piece of crap would probably end up in a state approved counseling deal anyway and since she wants to be with him again how can we really care about this anymore.Lets protect those that really need and want it.
