I've been listening to two speakers. M&K S-150's and PMC TB2. 60% movies and 40% music. My receiver is a Yamaha rx-v2400. Will the Yamaha have any problem with the M&K? Has anyone else listened to the PMC's? Also, When the salesperson said he would knock down some of the price off the M&K's, how much would that be?----Thanks wpfly

There is no comparison with the 2 sets you picked. the M&K will blow the tb2 out without any problems other than your amp maybe. completely different style of speakers.

The TB2 is a 2 way speaker and hardly suitable for even surrounds IMHO. I heard them when i was thinking about replacing my surround speakers in my HT system. But the JBL L1 6.5" 2 way with 1" titanium tweeter do a better job of handling the surround information and do fine with the surround bass info. eventually i will have to get better ones but when i was in the marines didn't have alot of space in the barracks so had to get something that would fit. still using them however for over 12 years so far.
