In writing the system looks great, but the pictures just don't show very much.

Sorry its been a while but been a bit slack. (But have been logging on constantly)

Recently purchased the Denon 3910. Awesome pic and the sound in all channels including dvd audio is great. Here are a few pics.
Purchasing the 3 plus 4 configuration theatre chairs shortly and the room will be complete.

From what I can see in the pictures it looks like a pretty good system. Try posting the full sized pictures on photobucket (you can do a google search) and post the photos there and they will be better quality. Then put a link in your thread. If it
was just a lighting issue then just turn on the flash, or at least a light or something so your gear is more visable. Thanks. Happy Listening.:)

I'm just plain jealous. From what I can make out the HT looks awesome. Maybe take a few pics with the lights on. I'm curious, it looks like your center is standing on it's side. Is there a reason for that?

Where in the house did you build it? I'm assuming basement due to the lack of windows. Did you do the work yourself? Was it expensive? Would you give me a rought idea how much the room cost?

The reason for the centre on its side is beacuse im waiting for cabinetry to house all the equipment. B&W have made this speaker to be installed in any configuration so it does not make a difference to the sound.

The project is a new addition to the home from the stumps up. The room leading out from the double doors leads to a rumpus room. The project not including construction of the room would be approx $50K AUS. (I have a wife (very understanding to my needs) and a little boy). Adding the room which measures approximately 3.9m wide by 7.2m in lenght would be (ball park) an additional $40K AUS.

The room was purpose built with acoustic platerboard and solid acoustic doors with special seals to prevent the sound escaping. You can be standing outside the room and with a movie on you (almost) can not here a thing.

Lighting experts adviced the lighting including installing the light in the steps.
The whole room came up a treat so that when the movie starts i press a button on my remote and play activates the lights to dim down gradually. Stop turns the lights on gradually.

Barco installed the projector and l must say the picture is amazing and l did check out a few DLP's but in my opinion the true cinematic image is created by a CRT projector.

Finishing this project the only thing l would change is to have the room bigger so l can fit more than 7 people sitting in chairs..nxt time l will have 3 tiered seating.

Thanks for the feedback.
Sorry for the picture quality l can't afford a good digital camera you; can see where l spent my money.

Sweeet, I get the whole of the system but as most keep saying "better pictures" to view such a wonderful setup. I am on a 10K U.S dollar budget. For the room only. All equipment has already been bought and has about a total cost of about 8-10K U.S. And talking these #'s I would like to get more ideas on the room, so brighter pics would certainly help.......
