Oppo Customer Service

Kudos to Oppo on its customer service. I sent in my out-of-warranty Oppo 980H which was not working, for repair. They fixed it , updated the firmware and shipped it back the same day as received! The charge was $42 including shipment. They were sorry it needed repair but hoped their customer service was OK. I beleve it was outstanding.

Nice. Good to know. Their new Blu-ray is on a lot of people's radar. mine included!!!!

Oppo is awesome. I wish their new BR player was coming in around $299.
