View Full Version : over
I put a cd in yesterday and a small red light lighted when it loaded. It said "over". I went to the owners manual to find out what this meant. It said the CD had over 16 tracks. What is the importance of that?
I can't answer your question at the moment, but I have a couple for you.
1. Did the CD still play?
2. Which player do you have?

we're just proud of you for not flipping the CD over and pressing play. :p

And instead went and read the manual! A very proud day, indeed.
To the OP - if the CD didn't play, or couldn't play any tracks above number 16, then my guess is that the chip or software used in the player only had 4-bits (i.e. 16) allocated to the track memory.
