Cerwin Vega speakers....which is better V15-F or E-715 ?

hi guys.....i am looking at buying Cerwin Vega V15-F or E-715 speakers.........im stuck to decide which is the better speaker......the V15-F model....says it has.....New EX(tm) Extended-throw High-output Woofer Technology produces more bass for "live" dynamics at realistic listening levels.......does this mean more bass power than the E-715 ??

Judging by the specifications, it seems the E series has more powerful bass, yes.

That said, depending on what you want these speakers for, Cerwin Vega makes good speakers for parties, etc. But, their actual quality of sound has never been too good, in my opinion.

The best application I have seen stuff like that in is in college frat, house and apartment party rooms. Kind of bloated bass and screaming highs, great for parties.

Just my experiance with them in the past. I have not heard the E series, only the V.

If you want something like that I would just get some Behringer Eurolive series PA speakers and amp them with a Crown or Behringer amp.
