how do i wire this sub?

I have a optimus 110 watt powered sub. My reciever has a single rca connection for the sub but the sub has 4 high level input left and right for speaker wires, pos and neg, and 2 low level input left and right rca plugs. Not sure what to do here.

Not 100%, but connect the receivers sub out to the left low level input.

Thats how my one sub that doesn't have a dedicated input is hooked up.
