i need of powered sub with massive kick-drum!!!

my kennwood 100 watt 8" just aint cutting it. it bottoms out and sounds like crap. as y'all know i'm running athena ls500's, energy c-c100 center, and a yamaha htr 5890. my room is small but not super small. i need a sub that rocks out to death metal and totally rules for action war movies.

i'm the person in our marriage with that problem unfortunately ... the wife's incredible in managing expenses.
i guess having the "fuel" in the gas tank always near empty kills the urge to drive around ... if you know what i mean ... :D
