no signal with Samsung Plasma

I in no way shape or form can get my PS3 to work with my Samsung Plasma
TV... I hooked it up to a new Receiver today and ran it through as a BD player and this still does not work. I switch my TV only with my Sony 40 in LCD and it works.....:(

I have read both Owners man and have tried every setting to fix it....Nothing

Any help??????????

which receiver? What are your connections? do you get audio?

Have you tried hooking up hte PS3 directly to the tv? From your description it sounds like a setup issue with your reciever. More specifics are needed. How is your PS3, tv, and reciever connected to each other? What types of cables (hdmi, component, dvi) are you using? Have you verified the inputs being used on each component are the ones selected?

Not the rec. I switched TV's and it worked perfect. Before I connected the PS3 to any of the HT it would NOT work with this TV when hooked up....It works perfect with my Sony LCD:confused:

I am sooooo frustrated that I am almost to the point of going out and getting a BIG Sony LCD for the HT......Help.

By the way. Onkyo 805 Rec....PS3.....Samsung 5054 TV
All connected by HDMI
