Folks, been trying to remember just how many people have played the role of James Bond. Here are the ones I remember:
Sean Connery
Roger Moore
Pierce Brosnan
Right now, I am drawing a blank.:eek: Can't remember the new guy playing him.......Lmao. :p:p You know the old blonde moment routine!:rolleyes: Anyone else besides the ones mentioned above? I thought at one time George Hamilton may have played Bond, but I am not totally sure. Can anyone here chime in?
Cheers,
Phil
George Lazenby, Timothy Dalton, and Daniel Craig.
I know you know how to google, haha.

Lmao......yeah I do EJ. However, while at work things can get hectic real quick. ;);) Sometimes, I just get lost in translation if you know what I mean. :D:D The sad part is, it happens more often than not. Daniel Craig is the newest Bond. This movie looks to be great. Hope to see it tonight!

I concur. Reading such a question from Phil rocked me to my very core. It has me rethinking other "truths" that I had taken for granted. I find myself on very unstable mental ground right now...

Those are just the main Bond portrayers. Then there'd be the lengthy list of actors who portrayed Bond for cameo or tie in roles or on TV shows (and movies) and comedians who did Bond in a flick somewhere and don't forget the foreign films which have Bonds of their own. The list is likely in the hundreds.

Well, just got home after a very aggravating day at work. However, I was able to go see Quantum of Solace. All I can say is that I am very glad I did! This may be the best one yet imho. Loaded with lots of action and the story seemed to be more focused. If nothing else, I was able to follow it better. So, for all of you James Bond fans you may want to see this one! ;);)

Daniel Craig is the only JB I have liked since Sean Connery. He has the right combination of attributes, isn't too pretty and Casino Royale set his character just right. I will see Quantum next Friday...looking forward to it.

Wikipeida :D I actually didn't know that Moore starred in more films than Connery. I liked Moore, but Connery was the best and Craig has easily supplanted Moore as my second favorite so far.

I also really liked Sean Connery. However, after seeing the last two Bond films, I have really gotten to like Craig. He is just perfect for that role imho. Already looking forward to the next one! ;);)

There was a contest the a week ago for Bond trivia with a great prize - PS3 with all the new Blu-ray bond release (6). So I had looked that info up already, and one of the questions was who had starred in the most films - even though it is only one. Probably won't get a chance to see Solace until next week. Extremely busy at work, but taking most of Thanksgiving week off - everything except Monday.

Hi John. This Bond movie was really good imho. Lots of fast action. However, this one seemed to be more focused or shall I say I could follow the story better. I will buy this one for sure on BR now that I have a new BR player.Be sure to let us know what you think of it when you do get to see it. BTW, I work all week during the week of Thanksgiving. I even get stuck working on Black Friday!:eek:

Damn, that sucks. Hopefully you will have a chance to get in on some deals still. Most of the sales like CC and BB kind of blow this year anyway, which seems really odd.

Yeah it does seem odd. Maybe I am really not missing much. :p:p Anyways, it is just one of those things I have to do. But, you are right in that it sucks! ;);)
