Holy cow this movie sucked. I cannot understand the hype with this guy Shamalan. I will not watch another of his movies again after this piece o trash. I liked sixth sense and signs but everything else is not so good.... Sorry but I just wasted 90 minutes that I won't get back and I don't want anyone else to feel jipped like myself.

No, it was from when the movie came out in the theaters. Sorry that you didn't catch it before having it waste your time.

I hated Signs.

It's the plants.
It's the wind.
I like hot dogs.
Run.
No, don't run.
Wait.
No, follow me.
It's over.

Are there hot dogs in the movie, or are they just mentioned? That might sway my decision to watch it. :)

Yeah, not really. The trailers looked bad enough. All of these reviews pretty much sealed the deal for me.

yeah I was disappointed too.
I thought the start was good. But they could have had a better ending. But it just ended.........sucked.

I really do love to say that I thought this movie was 1000% pure crap.

And just like you, I vow to never see another one of his sorry a$$ movies ever again.

I hope he never makes another movie again.

To me, this director (not even worth typing out his name) is the total opposite of Quentin Tarantino. Tarantino is 100% COOL, and this guy is 100% NERD.

I wouldn't even take Happening BD if someone gave it to me for free. That is how much I hated this movie.:D

M. Night is trying to bring something a little different to the table, however I have to say it isn't working at all. His record has been heading down hill since the start and hasn't really looked back up. I don't want to be too hard on him because I like some of his movies, but I think he ran out of good ideas about 2 movies into his career.

I watched this last night.
What can I say that others have not?
I only watched it cause the GF really wanted to see it (scored some points!).
It really did have the potential to be a good movie, just didn't deliver.

I didn't think this movie was as bad as a lot of people did. It wasn't great but what seemed to bother a lot of people that I spoke to was that it made them really uncomfortable, like the premise was a little too scary to enjoy. People seemed to have high expectations and then got disappointed and turned on the movie and M. Night.

I thought the first 20 minutes was really scary but then it ground down to an "on the run" movie where the characters keep moving and drop one at a time. Not too good, but far from the "worst movie ever made" that I have heard people call it. I've seen lots of horror movies and many of the were MUCH, MUCH worse. After Lady in the Water and the Happening, I hope that Shyamalan gets it together. He had such an auspicious beginning and seems to have bet his life on making movies, it would be a shame for him to continue on a downward arc.
