New THX intro...anyone seen?

Got around to watching Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls last night, and Geez...has anyone seen the new THX intro called "amazing Life"? Had it turned up fairly loud to start, wasn't expecting this, anyway, thought the house was coming apart :eek: . I only bought the SD version used, didn't figure the movie was worth the cost of Blu, but it looked pretty darn good.

My favorite intro was the old Dolby Digital with the train and the fog, from back in the LaserDisc days.

It might not have been more interesting but it was definitely more powerful. :D

The THX demo DVDs given away at the Audioholics SOTU unfortunately don't have the new trailer on them. Can't argue with free though :p

We had it on the day after its release and I had to play the intro 4 times I liked it so much! :eek: A friend was in the bathroom at the time and thought we were having a huge earthquake. (Scared the *&^* out of her. ;)) Now THAT'S bass. :D

Yeah, I thought Indian Jones 4 was very boring. I was quite disappointed. There is no way I'm buying this BD.:D

I picked up a used SD through Amazon for like $9, almost worth that for the THX intro. The PQ was really good for the intro and fairly impressive for the movie. It kind of has a certain look anyway, and the movie is kind of hokey, but has it fun parts.

Ha, the first time I saw it I was doing a demo for some people and when it started I was pretty confused, I think I said something like:

"I'm not sure what this is, but it's pretty cool! " :D

Really cool. THX keeps coming up with better sonic/visual logos. I immediately noticed the on the new Indiana Jones movie. I recall the first being just a rising chord and a static logo.
